Behavioral technique: Go online to get more tips but the top few i think of include 1) avoid extra light from computers, television driving within 2 hours from bed 2) don't go to bed hungry or full 3) avoid caffeine within 12 hours of bedtime and 4) get up the same time everyday and avoid napping.
