A member asked:

Is there any harm in regular consumption of plain club soda?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No.: Club soda is nothing other than carbon dioxide dissolved in water under pressure. There is a small acid load associated with drinking club soda but nothing more than a soda and certainly a lot less than in any vinegar containing salad dressing. Don't do anything to excess.
