Liver function: Lemons will not hurt your liver. You may be experiencing abdominal discomfort from the acidity. This will not harm your fetus. Have a great baby. By the way, recovery from hepatitis A should also not have created liver damage. Good luck.

No: Lemon consumption will not harm your fetus. Are you sure the ache from lemons is your liver? It is more likely it is stomach. Hepatitis A, when resolved, should not cause a prolonged enlarged liver. Lemon consumption does not cause an enlarged liver. Lemon juice is actually good for you and for your liver. It does lead to increased stomach acid which may be your ache.
