Harm: Terrible for your teeth and offer no other benefit. The bubbles are carbonic acid that attacks the enamel and the sugar is used by the plaque/bacterial colonies to create more acid to attack the enamel. An occasional soda will not hurt you or your teeth. If you drink it everyday then be sure to brush and floss very well.
