Have been taking acitrom 3 from past 7 years, but i keep taking break in my regular consumptions which extends from days to few weeks and then i resume back to the consumption. haven't had any incident since 2015. please suggest?

We do not have acitrom 3 in the US but we use warfarin with the same indication as acitrom 3. If you have used it for 7 years without any complication then you should be fine. However, you are at risk of clotting complication when you stop it for weeks, especially if you take it for prosthetic heart valve or recurrent pulmonary embolism and you should not just take a break with this medication.
