Yes: All soda, even diet soda is acidic and therefore is harmful to enamel. Sugar free is better, but still not great. If you must...Drink them in one sitting, preferably at a meal, rather than sip them slowly of a long period of time. Chew sugar free gum afterwards to stimulate saliva flow which buffers the acids. Do not brush your teeth after an acid drink, as this is when the enamel is softest.
