A member asked:

I tend to experience headaches very frequently, and migraines. i know that it's due to my soda consumption. however, there are times when i lay down on the sofa, on my stomach that i develop a bad headache. any idea where it comes from?

De caffeinated : There are certain triggers for migraine headaches, including specific foods and caffeine. You may find a complete list online, and Healthtap Neurology consultation may be scheduled.

An educated guess:: First, why do you still consume soda if it causes headaches? I can't understand this- yes, people can become addicted to sugar and even artificial sweeteners but please just stop! One cause of headaches is neck strain; I'm guessing laying on your stomach creates structural stress. A good chiropractor or osteopath who does osteopathic manipulation may help- see https://tinyurl.com/yxgutjgb
