An educated guess:: First, why do you still consume soda if it causes headaches? I can't understand this- yes, people can become addicted to sugar and even artificial sweeteners but please just stop! One cause of headaches is neck strain; I'm guessing laying on your stomach creates structural stress. A good chiropractor or osteopath who does osteopathic manipulation may help- see https://tinyurl.com/yxgutjgb
