Creatine etc: Great question! everything you eat and the timing makes a difference. Make sure you get 30 grams of protein every few hours all day long. Creatine (99.9% pure!) about 3 grams daily can be helpful and perfectly safe. Get enough calories overall, a good recovery drink (with 3, 000 mg glutamine) right after exercise, a decent sports drink during exercise, lots of veggies and stay away from sweets!
