Real food: Lean protein -- fish, chicken, lean meat, egg white, maybe tofu -- or any of the commecial protein powders (whey protein and others are cheap). Eating them will not build muscle but will make it possible to gain mass by resistance training. Please don't eat anything extra 'for bulk'; it'll just rob you of definition.
