Protein: to gain weight you need more calories in than you use in a day. 500 more calories a day will result in a one pound weight gain a week. Fish oil and multivitamins are not necessary for weight gain. Taking adequate protein- such as 80 grams a day ( for your weight and height) is important. Good luck

Work out!: No supplements of any kind -- certainly not protein, fish oil, or vitamins -- will increase muscle mass. Do not get sucked in and waste your money on quack promotions and ads. There are no short cuts; only physical exercise will do it. Also do not be tempted by androgenic steroids, sometimes promoted as if they were natural products. You've probably seen the many bad news stories about them.
