Egg whites: Egg whites are pure protein. Creatine is fairly safe as long as you drink plenty of water, but many complain of midsection swelling. Other supplements are unproven and possibly dangerous. I see lots of kidney stones, liver problems, heart problems, and hormone imbalances caused by things that do work, but are dangerous.
