A cyst usually...: A cyst would usually not twist because it is usually embedded inside or right on its hosting organ, and has no stalk to hing & twist. So, no twist means no pain - asymptomatic, But if infection or bleeding happens to it, pain + other related symptoms will ensue, depending upon the size of the cyst and the pace of events, etc. More?
