Hi. i have a large simple cyst on my ovary. originally close to 7 cm now its shrunk in two days to 5.8 cm. should i worry? i had a us showing simple cyst no torsion. i know its large but it appears to be shrinking?

Favorable features are your age, a functioning cyst, shrinking of the cyst and no symptoms. Repeat ultrasound followup seems reasonable but your gynecologist can advise you best.
