No gym? No problem!: Many people don't have the time, money, or desire to join a gym. You can be fit without one! but discipline is important. Gym or no gym, you have to do the work. Most workout programs combine stretch, strength training, and aerobic exercise. All the exercises you mentioned are effective. And don't forget about the benefits of walking.
