Could you explain when watching what you eat lose weight, are calories or carbs more important to cut down on?

Both: Carbs will turn to fats or storage fuels- so foods higher in proteins, and fiber/h20 will be a better option for you. Sensible dieting requires that you opt for consultation with an md to insure you remain health. Crash dieting leads to real problems down the road, including emotional scarring.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
