Complications:: Even though most dental extractions proceed without any complications, some can occur. infection, bone damage, bleeding, swelling, broken root tips, bone chips, bone fragments. and nerve damage.

Nothing else: Other than dry socket can happen,Aside from slight soreness ,or pain the same day or the day after.nothing else can happen providing you maintain good oral hygiene .
