I had extraction of mouler with complication whilst and after removing now got dry socket and gum has just burst and bone popped up with lots of blood

Dry Socket: If your extraction was relatively recent (under a couple of weeks) i suggest that you return to the treating doctor so that the area may be treated to facilitate a more comfortable healing process. If it is a "dry socket" the healing process may take a bit longer but you are able to attain comfort with some additional care by you and the doctor.

Rats.: You appear to have a pretty bad infection. Keep it as clean as possible, get on an antibiotic and have the sloughing products removed regularly.
