Possibly: But suggest starting by eating a balanced diet with three meals a day, leaving the table satisfied but not stuffed. Eliminate all snacks between meals, fast foods, sugared drinks, limit alcohol intake, and most of all, exercise regularly. You will lose weight. Water and ramen may be tasty but nutritionally devoid of value.
