Not really addiction: Many people really like a particular food and may overindulge in it, but that doesn't make it an "addiction," which implies both loss of control and it doing far more harm than good. They have way too much salt and are pure starch, so moderation is better for your health. Over time, it can lead to obesity, diabetes and hypertension. Talk to a nutritionist about moderating it.
