Im 55 150lbs. id like to lose 30 and return to my usual weight of 120. ive been eating relatively healthy and only drink water and milk. i walk for 45 mins 6 days a week and i do weight training 3 days a week. how long might it take to lose 30lbs?

It is appropriate to target losing one pound per week. If what you are doing is meeting that target, please continue. Note that as you lose weight you will need to reduce your food intake more that what you needed to do initially. It may help to join a support group like Weight Watchers. Wish you good health!
