Watch calorie count: You need to monitor how much carbohydrate you are taking in and also measure your total caloric intake. If you are truly reducing your intake and exercising then you may want to have your thyroid gland evaluated.

What is your BMI ?: If you bmi is within your ideal weight the stop worrying. Eating healthy. And reducing your total calories is good irrespective of weight loss. If your really overweight or obese you may considering consulting a weight loss doctor.
