Pedometer : If you don't want to go to the gym or go on a diet, the easiest thing to do is to purchase a good-quality pedometer and start counting your steps and try to reach at least 10, 000 steps a day which equals 5 miles of walking. The more the better. Also try to sweat well get walking which means that you are burning more calories. You do that try to reduce your intake of sugar and processed carbohydrates white bread and white rice.
