None: You cannot make a diagnosis from that information. It is likely a benign cyst, but it could be something else. A biopsy is required to make the diagnosis.

Biopsy needed: Although what you are describing could match a benign cyst, a biopsy and/or a ct scan are needed to really tell what it is.

More imaging: Recommend a ct scan to better visualize the area. Then see a hepatologist to help interpret the imaging studies.
