my ultrasound shows small hypoechoic nodule in right lobe of liver ( segment vii) measuring 10x16mm. what it mean>?

Difficult to say: without additional details. Statistically, if you are of average risk, most small incidental liver lesions are benign. Further diagnostic testing(e.g. CT and/or MRI) may be needed because the US appearance is often too non specific.
