Hypoeheic lesion: Hypoeheic ; hypo vascular lesion on us but with normal ct, lfts; no liver disease, shows technical us artifact. However hypo echoic lesions can be abscess, angioma, adenoma or mets from other organ, considered. Please see a gastroenterologist for good history and thorough physical examination and further work to address your concern. Thanks.

unsure : But ultrasound guided needle biopsy can find out. Sometimes the ct scan is not as sensitive to find a very early lesion.

Liver: Was the ct scan done with contrast? Liver cancer is hyper vascular. Need more details.
