Indeterminate: There are a variety of benign and malignant abnormalities of the liver. Sounds like they are reporting something that might or might not be a significant abnormality. Looks like you have had an abdomen MRI...this should be able to visualize a liver mass if there is one. If possible, have the MRI sent to the radiologist so he/she can compare it to the US and make a more definitive determination.

Not specific: Hypoechoic liver findings could be many different things and can't tell based on that description. The lack of internal vascularity is somewhat reassuring. Your doctor will decide what to do with this but a follow-up with a CT or MRI to better characterize it might be a good next step.
