Mostly good: Regular exercise is great for most people (mind, body, spirit) it is possible to overdo anything running every day can be hard on a body, so pay attention to how you are feeling even the best runners usually take off at least a day every week or two, partly to allow their bodies to heal depending on how much you are running, there may be some health advantages to taking a break periodically.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
