Running, diet plus : Continue running but you may need to engage some muscle groups in specific exercises to tone them like the arms is not toned as much with running. Cut down on starchy and simple sugar food. Increase water, fruits and vegetables. Four to five times a week seems good and make sure to include stretching exercises.
