More clarification: I'm not quite sure what you mean by this, this is not a common complaint. Do you just mean you can feel your pulse throughout your body? I suppose if your blood vessels are dilated you might feel like this, or if your blood pressure or pulse are increased. You might want to get your blood pressure checked just to be safe.
