???TMJ???: If the headaches are in the muscles you don't have migraines, but may have a problem with the muscles and joints. Put your fingers where you get the headaches and when you bite down if the muscles move, look into the possibility that it is your joint and muscles and not migraines.

Chewing gum: Especially if it is a habit can aggravate an existing TMJ problem. It can pinch the bilaminar zone by the TMJ are where it houses blood vessels, nerves, ..That will cause headaches.
