Diagnosis: You stated you went to the er, what did they tell you it was? Did they tell you to go to your family doctor? Your symptoms seem very vague and more information is needed.

See a dentist: Call your dentist to have your teeth and gingiva evaluated. You might have and infection, which can seem to affect areas separate from your mouth.
