Sinus?: Hard to say ithout examination, but there is definitely an association with sarcoidosis and sinus inflammation which may explain many of your symptoms although I would expect steroids to alleviate them. I recommend follow-up with your doctor to see if you have any sinonasal manifestations of sarcoidosis.

I have a really bad migraine but now I am tasting blood in my mouth and blowing blood out of my nose. I am also having pain in my neck and shoulders.
