Diet to lose weight: You should have your calories be limited to 1500 to 1800 per day maximum and of these calories, 25% should come from carbs. The carbs you choose to ingest should be more the complex carbs such as who grains and green veggies versus white rice, bread potatoes. If you combine that with some good daily moderate exercise you will find success.
