It's ok: Generally, it's fine to eat an apple. 25g of carbs is only about 100 calories, which is very little. If you drink the normal amount of room temperature water recommended for someone your age and size, you'll burn off at least 100 calories. 25g of carbs is probably not enough to stop the ketosis caused by high protein diets.
