Variable! : Are you an apple or pear? Certainly lower carbs( starches & sugars), and increase protein intake to 100mg per day. Sodium intake: less than 3 grams. Fiber intake should be 20-25g per day. Caloric intake is dependent on physical activity. Make sure your fat intake is mono vs poly unsaturated vs saturated. These are universal guidelines.

Personal trainer: I would go to a fitness facility and inquire about a personal trainer, who can advise you on proper exercise and nutrition programs. Should be a custom program because everyone is different.
