No: Hysterectomy usually removes cervix.

Usually not, but: It does depends on the kind of surgery. If you had a supracervical hysterectomy (sub-total) then the cervix stays in place. There are some rare cases of cervical cancer after total hysterectomy, they occur in what's called the vaginal cuff, but they are rare.
