Premenopausal 52 non stop heavy menstruation for 2 months. all the exams done and is healthy no cancer/fibroids/no cancer in family. one doctor says full hysterectomy but another doctor says partial hysterectomy. very low iron. suggestions?

OTHER OPTIONS?: Did they suggest a D&C or possible treatment that helps to shed or scar the thickened lining. I do not think hysterectomy is the first option typically.
