Fertility Evaluation: First you rally need a full fertility evaluation before considering any surgery. A specialist would want to do an xray to see if either fallopian tubes is open and if any of them are swollen. Next you would want to now the exact location of the fibroids to know if surgery and what kind of surgery may be needed. A fertility specialist who does robotic surgery would be the ideal person to coordinate.
