A member asked:

Should an have an anterior, subserosal leiomyoma that measures 29 x 24 x 36mm be removed before trying to conceive? how likely is a fibroid of this type and size to cause miscarriage?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: This fibroid is on the outside front of your uterus and is not impinging on the intrauterine cavity and therefore miscarriage is less likely assuming you can get pregnant with it in place.
