Exercise&Meds: Appreciate that you are following lifestyle modification which is the primary treatment for dm. You may have to increase physical activity like running etc. Some meds like Insulin and other diabetic meds can cause weight gain. So check with your doctor. Also contact a diabetic education specialist. Good luck!
