Why does my healed sprial fracture on my ankle crack, swell, and turn purple? its been 2 years since broken and i had a cast for over 3 months

Post Fracture: Did you have surgery? If so, it's likely from the hardware. If not its possible arthritis or tendonitis causing the crack. See you doctor about this since its been 2 years.
