My foot has been put in a cast bc of an avulsion fracture. how long will it take to heal? i go to get and x-ray in two weeks.

4-6 weeks: The bone may take 4-6 weeks to heal. It depends on which bone is fractured and the severity of the fracture. For some avulsion fractures, it may be possible to transition from a cast to a walking boot after a couple weeks.
