Eat less and exerci: You should eat 3 meals a day but in smaller quanities, with the last meal being 3-4 hours before your bed time. It takes both: eating less and exercise more in order to lose weight. Also avoid fast foods/ junk food and rich foods(any fried and sugary sweet foods are bad for you as they are loaded in calories).
