UTI: Most common problem like this is a urinary tract infection. It would have zero to,do,with your workouts, unless tight spandex rubbed the genitalia area, breaking the skin and introducing bacteria near the urethra. Continue your exercises but do get a urine screen and test to determine if this is the problem. If not, then a further kidney/bladder work up would be indicated and a urologist.Good luck
