Cheese, meat, veggie: Foods that are high in protein and have fat are slowly converted to sugar and do not give you rebound hunger and take longer to digest. Veggies are filled with nutrients and fiber and give you a filling of satiation! string cheese, beef jerky, eggs, celery, broccoli, etc.
