Carbs in general!: Subtract fiber and sugar allohols from total carbs on a label. This is net carbs. In general, regular starches (flour, etc), potatoes, sugar, natural sugar in fruits (bananas, pears, dates, etc.), potatoes, carrots and peas. Avoid white onions, especially vidalia (loaded with sugar). Look for low-carbohydrate tortillas (many brands). I myself use these as a bread sub, and they are fiber loaded!

Most: All carbohydrates excluding fiber breaks down to simple sugar, which is the main reason for the obesity epidemic that we have. If you want to lose weight, cut out all sweets, juices including fruits, grains, snacks, starchy vegetables etc.
