Veggies and nuts: Veggies except porato and cirn, nuts, wild fish, beans, seeds are all low carb. Don't obsess on avoiding any healthy non-processed foods. Avoid fried foods, sweetened food, or any food that barely resembles the natural ingredients from which it originally started. Eat whole grains, fruits, and other healthy carbs.
