Conflicting data: There are people who would give you advice for each tactic. My best advice is to use a diet that is balanced and avoids processed food, with a lower total calorie intake than what you typically take in while at the same time, increase your energy utilization. Exercise more, park in the farthest corner of the parking lot, use the stairs. And eat less fat and fewer carbohydrates.
