Many!: All meats (not processed), fish, eggs, whey protein, most vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, greens, sweet potato) cheese, non-sugared greek yogurt. Avoid fruit juice like the plague-all sugar. No regular breads. No potatoes. Any cardio exercise that will get your heart rate between 70-85% of your heart rate max will do! there are many!
