Muscular individuals respond more quickly to weight training, for example, than more asthenic (thin) types...What kinds of activity do you enjoy and are therefore more likely to maintain? Vigorous movement will benefit everyone. A good diet involves regular intake of unprocessed, whole foods at frequent intervals (4-5 x/day). Enjoy!
